This privacy statement is provided in accordance with the provisions of articles 8, 15, 16, 36 and other relative and applicable articles of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties ("LFPDPPP"). Eternity México International Freight Forwarder, S.A. de C.V. ("Eternity") is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data that are provided in accordance with the legal provisions established in the LFPDPPP, through this instrument informs the owners of the data, the information that is collected from them and the purposes that will be given to such information.

By receiving this privacy policy, you agree and acknowledge that Eternity, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur No 1605 Piso 23 Modulo 3, Col. San José Insurgentes, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P.03900, Mexico City, will act as responsible for the processing of personal data indicated herein.

3. Purpose and Storage.

The processing of personal information is done in order to allow Eternity the proper administration of various functions, which are necessary to realize our relationship with you and to meet the services and / or orders you request, on the understanding that the processing of personal information will always be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP.

By way of example, the following purposes are indicated:

To attend your requests for services,

Make and evaluate quotes;

Conduct supplier inquiries;

Engage third companies to provide the services for which you have hired Eternity; and all those actions that are necessary for the fulfillment of the mentioned purposes.

Such data may be provided in writing, verbally, electronically, or by any other existing means.

It is noted that the personal information mentioned in this privacy statement may be stored, used and generally treated within and outside the United Mexican States directly or indirectly by Eternity, as well as by any of the controlling companies, affiliates and subsidiaries of Eternity, or any company that is part of the business group of Eternity, based on Article 37, Section III, of the LFPDPPP, in order to allow a better performance of our services.

On the other hand, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization or person other than us and will be used exclusively for the purposes specified before.

5. ARCO Rights.

You are at all times entitled to the following rights: (i) Access - to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we make of it, to access the personal information we hold about you and the details of its processing; (ii) Rectification - to request rectification of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) Cancellation - to request that your personal information be deleted from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used properly; and (iv) Opposition - to oppose the use of your personal information for purposes other than the purposes for which it was provided to us; and (v) Opposition - to oppose the use of your personal information for purposes other than the purposes for which it was provided to us. Likewise, you have the right to have your personal information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly; and (iv) Opposition.- to oppose the use of your personal information for specific purposes (all of the above together, the "ARCO Rights").

6. Requests.

In order to execute any of the ARCO Rights, a request must be sent to the address or email address indicated in the fourth point above, and must include at least the following information (a "Request"):

Full name(s) of the data subject(s);

Address to send and receive notifications;

Email address;

A copy of your valid official identification;

A clear description of the personal information which you are seeking to apply any of the ARCO Rights.

Reasons for withdrawing consent;

State whether you want to receive the determination to the email from which you send your request, or if you require a notification at the address provided to send and receive notifications; and, any other element or document that facilitates the identification and location of your personal data.

In case of requests for rectification of personal data, you must indicate the changes to be made and provide documentation to support your request.

The Personal Data Processing Area must confirm receipt of your email. Within 5 (five) working days following the working day on which the request is received, a reply will be sent to the email address indicated for such purposes, informing you of the merits of the request received.

Subsequently, Eternity's Personal Data Processing Area will communicate to the holder within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date on which it confirmed receipt of the request, the determination adopted, in order that, if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated. The above mentioned terms may be extended on a single occasion, as long as justified by the circumstances of the case.

7. Transfers.

Eternity will take care at all times the confidentiality of your personal data, so that the information provided will not be in any way transfered or used for purposes other than those already established in this privacy policy without the consent of the owners of the same, except in the cases provided in this Privacy Notice, and / or in those indicated by the LFPDPPP.

8. Limitation on the use and disclosure of Personal Data.

Personal information is stored locally in documents, physical files or electronic media of the Personal Data Processing Area, for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this privacy statement, and of the responsibilities arising from them, as long as there is no legal provision or court order to the contrary, or you do not expressly request the cancellation of personal data through a Request following the procedure set forth in this Privacy Statement. When your personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth above by this privacy policy and the applicable legal provisions, as well as any liability that may result from the relationships that you enter into with Eternity, your personal information will be canceled and deleted from our records.

Eternity will make reasonable efforts to have sufficient security measures for the protection, confidentiality and security of your personal information in order to restrict access to them to unauthorized persons, as well as the processing of personal data in violation of the terms of this privacy statement.

9. Revocation of Consent.

It is worth mentioning that at any time you can withdraw your consent for the use and processing of your personal data.
